Shipping
Being a made-to-order brand, we have a turnaround time of up to 7 working days before your order is shipped. All items on our 'READY TO SHIP' page will be shipped on the same or next working day unless part of a bigger order.​​

2nd class = 2-3 working days
1st class = 1-2 working days
Next day = Next working day before 1pm
International (USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand) = 5-7 working days
International express (DHL) = 2-3 working days
We are UK based however we also offer International shipping. Please understand that purchases outside of the UK may leave you subject to customs charges. If so, you may have to pay a fee. If you don't pay the customs fee and the parcel is returned to us, shipping fees plus 50% of the order total will be taken from your refund total.
​Please understand that our delivery methods are only estimates and not 100% guaranteed to arrive within this time (excluding 'next day' delivery which is guaranteed). We cannot control any Royal Mail delays.
Returns policy
As all items are custom made to order in the design, fabric and size of your choice, we unfortunately do not currently offer returns. Please do not order the same item in multiple sizes with intent to return one, as you will not be able to. If you are unhappy with the fit of an item (excluding bikini bottoms and bodysuits/swimsuits), you may request to exchange for a different size in the same item, only if the fabric is in stock. Bikini bottoms cannot be exchanged for hygiene purposes. Sale items cannot be exchanged. If you choose to exchange an item for a different size, you will the asked to pay a the re-delivery fee of £2.50.

International customers
We do not currently offer any International returns or exchanges. Please make sure that you use our size conversion chart and place your order in terms of UK sizing.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order, as items go into production after this time. Once your order has started being custom handmade, you will not be able to cancel, so please consider this when placing your order and take the time to read through our shipping policy.
